Communication and participation between the dental professional and the BDL technical team are vital. The team approach ensures your patient receives the finest restorations possible. Please request our Customer Agreement for further information. Should it become necessary to remake a case, BDL also supports the team approach to quickly and efficiently remedy the problem. To aid in a sense of understanding each other, our remake policy is governed entirely by the "Customer Agreement" as it is printed upon the back of each prescription form you will fill out.
In order to accomplish custom restorations of a high quality, we ask that enough time be given to fabricate and deliver each one. We usually ask for 10 working days in the lab for a single crown and may request a few days more if the restoration is particularly involved or requires special order parts.
